made a start today. cut lots off and fitted engine. had to refit my old engine soon after tho as my fuel pump is broke

have your tires been rubbing at the top of the inner wings at all? cant wait until i hear that engine down the phone!!

well i finally got the turbo in today. needs a bit of fine tuning but it works!!!! sounds awesome and goes really well too!

right. ive had enough of my beetle ive done almost everything i wanted too and its just not making me smile as much anymore. thought about selling it and buying a early bay bus but decided against it. so i think the beetle is gonna get a MAJOR change. not saying too much but its not gonna be anything like it is now

well its now unoficially booked in end of sept to have something done that im not gonna attempt myself

well my ideas kinda changed and i went a bit lower instead! this time i raised the engine a box 3". pain in the arse but its finally done now and freshly tested!

Well done it looks awesome, you must have to do major speedbump avoidance with it that low.

yup it was a pain in the arse to do. still not 100% finished but its working well. took it away for the weekend this weekend and it all went well. it rained all the way home and drove perfect so im well happy with that. toe in eliminated!!!
i never really avoid speedbumps if they are there then ill tackle them. only been stuck a few times now
and bumpers are staying as vw intended, firmly bolted on!

not too much has happened since the last update apart from more lows! this time i raised the front beam up and back. front valance now sits much closer to the ground . will get some pics up asap
