The guy that had my mk2 before me was a painter and so it has tons of little paint/emulsion flicks on it.

Anyone know a good product/way of removing these?

Cheers Smile

I use 'Tetrosyl standard thinners' at work. You could just get any kind of paint thinners though.

Cheers for that I clay bar'd it this weekend and it got a fair bit of stuff off!

Unfortunatly though it's still kinda tatty, a lot of stone chips and stuff so might have to either find a magician or a painter :(

haha i'd probably end up turning it into a rat if i keep goin!

Halfrauds were no use in trying to get a touch up pen for the colour so looks like it's gonna be pricey getting paint done on it!

Paint code should be on a White sticker in the boot mate. Anyone should be able to mix it then, including halfords.

Alternatively go into discount auto parts in cambridge with your paint code and they will make you a touch up pot for you for about £12.
