Changed the spark plugs, oil filter and fuel filter today on my 2.0 gti Mk4 Golf. Started the car up and it has a definate missfire. Runs lumpy when idling and really hesitates when accelerating. Car had no problems before. Wondering if I have broken a HT lead?

definatly not the leads. All plugs are firing and leads functioning. Have re-checked the leads to check they are in the right order? Bit lost now...

Well, forth day spent on the car so far. Cheers for the suggestions so far. Checked all the fuel hoses today and there are no kinks. Fuel filter is definately on properly. Hopefully getting someone to scan it with VAG COM this week. There are no warning lights or anything on the dash though so not sure what it will throw up...
