| UPDATE TIME!! After a year of collecting parts I finally have almost everything to complete the mk2 build, and now that my mk3 anni is sold have the funds to finish. This week has been strip down of the engine, cleaning and painting. Head is off and will soon be at Cambridge rebores have a skim, new valve guides and stem seals, the box is off and ready paint and the block is on it way to looking tidy. After Christmas the golf goes over the workshop for the real work to begin
. the box............. at the start........ after meny hours of grinding............. all taped up and bolts in holes first coat of paint, (please ingnor the dirty sump!! its getting a new one) and now........... (ingnoring the sump! lol!!) | |
